Our Mission
What is more amazing than helping children achieve their dreams?
The mission of Outdoor Dreams is to make deserving children’s time in the outdoors a form of therapy, all while being an experience they will never forget. We do this by granting once-in-a-lifetime hunting, fishing and backcountry experiences to deserving youth. On a larger scale, Outdoor Dreams seeks to strengthen the heritage of hunting and related outdoor communities with the fulfillment of our mission.
Our primary focus is children 21 years old or younger who have (or recovered from) a life-threatening illness, or come from financially disenfranchised households and are in need of mentoring and positive influence.

- Conlan is the President and founder of Outdoor Dreams. His wife Hannah is the treasurer, and both are members of the board of directors.

Hannah and Conlan share the same passion for bowhunting Blacktail deer and exploring the mountains while backpacking during the summer months.
- For the last decade, Conlan has dreamt of giving back to the outdoor community by sharing his knowledge and skill to help deserving children find success in the field.

- Mark is a member of the board of directors.
- Mark is the President of the Hunters Heritage Council. Washington State's largest hunting-rights organization and the only one with a full-time lobbyist in Olympia.
- He is also the President of Washingtonians for Wildlife Conservation, Washington's largest sportsmen's unity

- He is also the President of Washingtonians for Wildlife Conservation, Washington's largest sportsmen's unity and outreach organization.
- Mark is the state co-chair of Hunting Works for Washington. As a grassroots organization, Hunting Works for Washington helps tell the story of the role hunting and shooting sports plays in conservation, heritage, and the economic health of Washington.
- He also sits on four different WDFW and DNR Advisory Committees and has 47 years of experience in the political process.
